This is the finished painting that will be the
'2011 Memphis Blues Awards' poster on 5/5/2011. I wanted the art & poster to reflect the fact that it is held in Downtown Memphis, so I incorporated - in my own style - most of the notable buildings downtown (the Pyramid, UP, Morgan Keegan, 1st Tenn, Sterick, and old Horizon). It was a slight take off of the poster that I did for the
'2009 Telluride Blues & Brews Festival'.
